Never mind that WLCO was busted for illegally selling tickets to their FREE Taste of Randolph Street Fest - can’t blame StarEvents here, they were hired to manage the gates by WLCO in order to hit WLCO’s guaranteed greedy $80,000+ “donation” payout. Our very own local unelected neighborhood group the West Loop Community Organization (WLCO) that came out in support of the Casino - despite overwhelming Community opposition - has a Board Seat. Former Mayor Lori Lightfoot made very careful choices when appointing our guardians to Chicago’s Community Casino Advisory Council.
